QuHelp is a program that generates a help site (with tree navigator and other nice stuff) using a template and a content directory.

Download QuHelp from here (version 0.3). This includes the source code in C and a Win32 binary for the lazy people. Check the QuHelp Documentation for a help site made with QuHelp.
