Slashstone SoundFX Builder is a sound effect generator, made to generate the simple sound effects used in Nikwi. The program is written in Lazarus with a small C part to interface the SDL.DLL for sound playback.
From here you can download the program itself (installer, contains the source code too) and a C library for loading .ssfx files.
